The Beretta A400 Xtreme Plus is now available with a soft comb, which significantly decreases the perceived recoil delivered to the shooter’s cheek. New for 2018, the A400 Xtreme boasts Beretta’s proprietary Steelium barrels, a first for hunting shotguns that provide the greatest patterning possible from all hunting ammunition, as well as increased perceived recoil reduction.

The new A400 Xtreme Plus barrel has a step rib, integrated mid-bead, and fiber optic front bead for optimal fit and sight image in all situations, inspired by competition. The A400 Xtreme is further enhanced by the factory’s installation of a longer charging handle and bolt release for better operation on cold and rainy days, as well as a larger loading port for simpler loading in harsh situations.
